About the Fabric designer

Sylvia Alison is a self-taught artist and surface designer based in Denmark, Western Australia. Her work is inspired by the colours, shapes, textures and tiny details found in the natural world. 

She combines hand-painted and sketched elements with digital processes to create patterns with an organic, quirky aesthetic. Her designs are made to adorn all manner of products- bringing the joyful delight of art into everyday life.
